Purchasing Flight Vouchers?
If you are purchasing Flight Vouchers please indicate so in the Notes field. We will charge your credit card now, and send you the Vouchers and charge slip today. There are no refunds on Flight Vouchers once purchased and are valid for six months from date of purchase.

Using Flight Vouchers or Gift Certificates to Book your flight?
If you are using Flight Vouchers to make a reservation just enter the #'s  and the letter code in the Notes.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Layers of clothing: you can remove them as the sun and the temperature rise. A hat - this will serve as a sun visor, some warmth and protection from the heat of the burners (if you happen to be tall or thin-haired) A camera and/or video cam - this will provide you with lots of great pictures and lots of wonderful memories.
  • A wonderful sense of thrill and adventure!
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your reservation please contact us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your flight date to defer charges. If for any reason Balloons Above The Valley must cancel your flight, there is no charge to your credit card. If you are using a Flight Voucher, they are non- refundable but they are extended for six months from the canceled date. If you have any questions please contact us any time.
